About Mindful Groups
We're certified therapists who lead mindfulness workshops, groups and retreats to help you connect to your deepest sense of self - free of fear and suffering - as well as to others in a community of practitioners.
Leveraging the teachings of leaders in the fields of psychology such as Jon Kabat-Zinn (Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction), Richard Schwartz (Internal Family Systems), Eugene Gendlin (Focusing) and more as well as spiritual masters such as Eckhart Tolle, Thich Nhat Hanh, Ramana Maharshi and more.
Our team, led by John Woychuk, M.A. CCC., consists of experienced professionals who are dedicated to creating a safe and supportive environment for all participants. Each workshop is designed with the intention to foster deep healing and growth, allowing individuals to explore and practice mindfulness.
